WHAT is the wi-fi password?
Wifi is fast and free for crew. Login using the code “Merci”. It is not case sensitive.
WHERE CAN I BUY GROCERIES ?
The gift shop on the 8th floor has a great selection of sundries, groceries, and gift items.
Duane Reade is also a good spot for snacks. Exit towards 45th street and go to 8th Avenue. Make a right, and you’ll see it on the corner of 47th street. They’re open until 10 PM.
Food Emporium at 810 8th Ave, New York, NY 10019 is a block further on the right, and is open until 10:45 PM.
Whole Foods at 1095 6th Ave, New York, NY 10036 is a 7 minute walk through Times Square. Check their hours here as they’ve been changing often.
All rooms have refrigerators.

Where is the fitness center ?
Our fitness center is of the best in NYC and features an extensive selection of strength conditioning, and cardio equipment. Wifi is free. Hop on one of our Peloton bikes and take in the view. Located on the 23rd Floor. The Fitness Center is operating with reduced hours: 5am-9am and 5pm-10pm, daily.
WHERE ARE THE NEAREST clothing stores?
Right in Times Square, you’ll find American Eagle, Old Navy, Levi’s, and many more. The Herald Square Mall is a 10 minute walk (34th & 7th) and the Shops at Hudson Yards are a 15 minute walk.
Where is the nearest department store?
Target has arrived! The address is 615 10th Ave, New York, NY 10036. It’s a few minute walk. (Two Long Blocks) . Exit near Starbucks and head West (away from Times Square) to 10th avenue. Make a left, and you’ll see it on the right. It opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM.
Macy’s Herald Square is an iconic NYC establishment and is about 10 minutes away on 34th street and Broadway.

Additionally, here are some staff favorites that are affordable, and frequented by the locals.
Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery is directly across 45th Street.
Bond 45(Exit Nederalander Way on street level and you’ll see it on 46th Street on the opposite side of the street) has a great menu. The bar downstairs is lesser known, and a great place to go if you’re solo.
Parallel to us on 43rd Street is LOS TACOS #1. It’s casual and the locals frequent this shop for Mexican street-style tacos. The Address is 229 W 43rd St, New York, NY 10036
Shake Shack is on the corner of 45th and 8th Ave – 30 seconds from our door.
Bar Dough, along with many other great options are one block away on restaurant row.
CAN I ORDER FOOD TO MY ROOM?
Yes. We recommend using DoorDash, UberEats, or Seamless. Please give them the hotel address (1535 Broadway between 45th and 46th street), and your room number. When the food is delivered to the fire command station on street level, we’ll give you a ring in your guestroom. We do not permit delivery service directly to guestrooms. You will be required to pick your food up at the Fire Command Station near the elevator landing on street-level.
