NEW YORK MARRIOTT MARQUIS GETAWAY CONTEST RULES

ELIGIBILITY                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

1. The contest is open exclusively to Marriott Bonvoy members. Non-members can join Marriott Bonvoy for free at any time to become eligible.
2. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 21 years of age.
3. Employees of Marriott International, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

DISCLAIMER

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
2. Entrants can participate by visiting the specified contest URL and filling out the contest entry form. Entrant must submit their Bonvoy number in the form provided to be considered. 
3. All entries must be submitted by the end date specified in the contest details.

PRIZE

1. One winner will receive a two-night stay at the New York Marriott Marquis with M Club access, along with two free Jesse McCartney concert tickets for October 18th, 2024 at Beacon Theatre. Free custom merch including an autographed vinyl and tote bag will be given to the winner at the concert. Maximum occupancy for the guestroom is 2.

2. The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the Marriott Bonvoy member associated with the winning entry.

3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other stays, or any other prize.

4. The prize does not include transportation, meals, or any other expenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. If flights are offered, flights are only offered from destinations served by the hotel’s designated air partner. Availability of flights is also subject to blackout dates and availability. 

BOOKING

1. Winner must contact the hotel to book their stay using the instructions provided upon winning.
2. Hotel reservation must occur for two nights between October 17-20, 2024. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Marriott reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Marriott’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.
2. Marriott reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or violates these terms & conditions.
3. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Marriott and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the contest and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

PRIVACY POLICIES: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Marriott website.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

1. Winner will be selected randomly on September 17, 2024.
2. Winner will be notified via email within 24 hours following selection.
3. Marriott shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Winner must acknowledge award within (3) days of notification.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES: Participation in the contest constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Marriott, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
