New York Marriott Marquis Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Marriott International, Inc., its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win the weekend stay prize but may submit a memory.
  2. Submission Guidelines

    • By submitting your story, you confirm that:

      1. The content is original and your own.
      2. The story is truthful and reflects a personal experience at the New York Marriott Marquis.
  3. Content Usage
    • By submitting your memory, you grant the New York Marriott Marquis a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display your submission—including your name, story—for marketing and promotional purposes in any format or channel, including but not limited to social media, digital signage, paid media, and website features, without further notice or compensation.
  4. Sweepstakes Details
    • All eligible submissions received between June 16, 2025 and July 18, 2025 will be automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win a complimentary weekend stay at the New York Marriott Marquis.
      1. Prize: One (1) complimentary weekend stay (3 nights) at the New York Marriott Marquis two (2) guests, including M Club Access. Travel and incidental expenses not included.
      2. Drawing Date: Winner will be selected at random and notified via the email address provided on July 18, 2025.
      3. Redemption: Stay must be booked by October 31, 2025 and is subject to availability and blackout dates.
  5. General Conditions
    • Marriott reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates the spirit of the promotion or contains inappropriate, offensive, or plagiarized content. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
